Tell us a bit about you.
For most of my life I struggled with many eating disorders and mental health struggles. It’s wasn't until I hit 30 that I’ve really grown within myself and developed a healthier understanding of food and my mental health journey.
I’ve been through a violent relationship but have come out the other side so much stronger and really want to help other woman going through the same thing.
I have found through exercises whether it be running, training at the gym or yoga that my mind is so much healthier. Training to me isn’t just about weight loss it’s about training a healthy mind.
What keeps you fit and active?
I love to box, weight train, yoga and run.
Do you have any tips to share to help with motivation and accountability?
I believe following a plan is the key - each week write down your goals for the gym or whatever fitness you do. When it’s written down I find I keep to my routine more.
What's your favourite RunFaster print and/or style?
I cannot pick every single style and colour I have been obsessed with. This is why I have a massive cupboard full of RunFaster tights.
Any other stories or comments?
If you believe in yourself, you can do anything!
